The House Šimić is situated int he old part of Tučepi,int he hamlet of Šimići. The house ws built int he old traditional mediterranean style (stone and wood).it's 1,5 km away from the sea. There is a great historical monument nearby, the church of St.Ante.
The house is designed for one family, with completely equipped kitchen,bathroom and bedroom for four persons (two in the room, and two at the gallery above the room).  House also have SAT TV adn air conditioning.
There's an excellent access for the private vehicles. You can get to the house from two directions, one from Makarska and the other one from Tučepi, using the old, completely rebuilt road.
For the guests going for a dip, there's a secured parking place 30 m away from the sea. There's also a big house yard with natural shade at guests disposial and a possibility of using the barbecue. Only a couple of families live in the hamlet of Šimići, so that the peace and privacy are guaranteed.
There's a big supermarket and a few restaurants nearby. The guests can also help themselves with homemade brandy,wine and olive oil for free. The house has got  its own wine-cellar. For guests arriving by plane, the transport from Split airport to the residence could be arranged. Pets are also allowed.
Boat field-trips, fish-picnics, diving, field-trips to the sourrounding countryside, vehicle renting and cycling are only a part oft he offer, your host is going to organise for you. In the vicinity oft he house there's a place for playing boccie as well as the marked mountaineering and cycling trails. Possibility of communincating in Croatian, English and German.

Price per day in july and august is 60 € per day, all tax included.
